Vega S17 DTF Production System

An all in one DTF transfer production system. Film goes in and press ready sheets come out: print, powder, cure, cut and stack in a single machine driven from one touchscreen. Industrial stainless steel Ricoh printheads run CMYK plus White at 600 x 600 dpi on 432 mm (17 inch) film, with images up to 15 inches wide. Powder is applied automatically from a sealed cartridge, so the operator never handles it, and curing runs across four independently controlled zones at 160 degrees C. A three stage filter stack ending in HEPA and activated carbon means no external ventilation is required. Engineered and built in Korea, running Color Prime Chroma ink.
