The DGI POSEIDON II is a dye-sublimation printer specifically positioned for the large-scale industrial production segment. Inheriting and developing from the model that won the "Product of the Year 2019" award at SGIA, the equipment operates with a maximum printing width of 1,820 mm and a resolution of 600 x 1,800 dpi. POSEIDON II focuses on addressing the challenges of high-intensity continuous operation, optimizing output and costs for large factories and printing houses.

Equipped with a Kyocera industrial printhead system (4 color configurations), the printer achieves an impressive printing speed of up to 760 m²/h (with an 8-head configuration, 1 pass at 300 x 600 dpi). This speed allows businesses to easily handle large-volume apparel orders under tight deadlines.

Purpose-Built Design for Continuous Workflows
The machine utilizes versatile water-based dye-sublimation inks with a 4-color configuration. The 10L Bulk Type Ink Refill System allows ink to be replenished while the machine is running. Specifically to support industrial production, users can add an optional Jumbo Roll Unwinding System that handles a paper roll weight of up to 700 kg (800 mm diameter), completely solving the issue of constant material replacement.

Maintaining 24/7 Operating Efficiency
To ensure the machine operates continuously without interruption, a water-based Head Cooling System is integrated to control temperatures, preventing the degradation of ink droplet quality during long print runs. Simultaneously, the automatic Wiping System, featuring a chain wiping mechanism and water flushing pump, helps maintain component durability without requiring manual user intervention.

Durable Mechanical Precision
Operating in demanding industrial environments that require high stability, the machine utilizes a Linear Motor and a Metal Encoder Scale. This mechanism ensures the printhead carriage moves with absolute precision, reducing mechanical wear and saving on long-term maintenance costs.

Safe Handling of Low-Weight Paper
When printing at high speeds with large amounts of ink, paper cockling is fully controlled thanks to the innovative S-Shaped Suction Plate. This design keeps the transfer paper perfectly flat, minimizing waste and ensuring the safety of the printhead surface.
