The XpertJet 1682SR Pro is a digital dye-sublimation transfer printer developed on MUTOH (Japan)’s proprietary technology platform. This system is designed to deliver consistent image detail and color accuracy for applications in the apparel, fashion, and sportswear sectors.

+ Image Resolution and Sharpness
Equipped with a dual staggered array of AccuFine printheads, the system provides precise control over ink droplet placement and variable dot sizes. This allows fine typography, micro-lines, and intricate raster graphics to be reproduced with smooth gradations and sharp edges, effectively minimizing dot graininess and banding artifacts.

+ Visual Effects with Fluorescent Inks
The printer utilizes an 8-channel ink configuration: CMYK, White, Lc (Light Cyan), Lm (Light Magenta), Fy (Fluorescent Yellow), and Fp (Fluorescent Pink). Under standard illuminants, the output displays vibrant color saturation. When exposed to stage lighting or UV environments, the fluorescent spot colors emit a luminous glow, offering specialized visual effects for performance wear and custom designs.

+ Accurate Color Reproduction
Integrated with the Neostampa RIP (Raster Image Processor) software, the print engine optimizes file rasterization and color management systems (CMS). The RIP engine natively processes both Vector paths and Bitmap images, accurately translating RGB display profiles into printable CMYK outputs to ensure the physical print closely matches the original digital design.
