Signing contract for the centralized textile and dyeing WWTP in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial park

1. Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park – Tay Ninh

Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province is located in the most prime location in An Hoa commune, Trang Bang district, Tay Ninh Province, and has Ho Chi Minh Road passing through the project, adjacent to Vam Co Dong River, so it has Barges with a capacity of about 2,000 tons can be used to transport goods to the Mekong Delta region.

So far, Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Zone has been recognized by experts as an ideal destination for many foreign direct investments (FDI), including over 85 domestic and foreign enterprises, providing employment opportunities for over 20000 workers in Tay Ninh Province and surrounding are. Among them, there are 60-70% of investors in the textile dyeing industry participated in the industrial park.

2. Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park wastewater treatment is the sixth project which has a capacity of 15,000 m3/day at Koastal Eco Group

The first project is under construction: A centralized wastewater treatment plant in Rang Dong Textile and Garment Industrial Park, with a total planned capacity of 110,000 m3/day, phase 1: 30,000 m3/day. The second project: The centralized textile and dyeing wastewater treatment plant in Minh Hung Industrial Park - Sikico, is in the process of acceptance and handover, with a total planned capacity of 75,000 m3/day, phase 1: 10,000 m3/day. These are important steps, marking our commitment to provide effective and sustainable wastewater treatment solutions for the textile industry.

3. Technologies applied in the centralized textile wastewater treatment plant with dyeing of Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park

With the special characteristics and difficulty in treating textile wastewater, and the complexity of many businesses discharging and treating wastewater at one point, this project has truly become a significant and demanding challenge that requires appropriate and highly effective technical solutions.

However, with the successful implementation of many similar and larger textile industry projects. Koastal Eco has designed a centralized wastewater treatment plant in Thanh Thanh Cong Industrial Park, with technologies used including two-level physical and chemical treatment combined with two-level biological treatment to ensure water quality after treated according to National Technical Regulations on Industrial Wastewater - QCVN40:2011/BTNMT, column A value with coefficients Kq and Kf both reach 0.9.
