Metal buttons come in all shapes and sizes, but the zinc alloy button is the most common. This button type is made from a blend of zinc and other metals, giving it a shiny, matt color or vintage finish. Zinc alloy buttons are the heaviest type of metal button, and they are generally used for heavier fabrics such as denim or down coat.
Whereas Brass buttons are made from copper. Brass buttons are lighter than zinc alloy buttons, making them a good choice for lighter-weight fabrics.
Very most of the metals can be recycled and reused. Metal scraps and defective products produced during our button production will be collected by category and sent to recycling companies for processing. They will be fused with new metal materials for recycling.
