Polyester buttons are generally used in shirts, pants, sweaters, jackets and many children’s clothing as they are highly prone to customization.
Catalysts, accelerators and color pigments are added into the Polyester resin (liquid form), it will than to go through the polyester rod or polyester sheet forming process to become button blanks.
Buttons blanks will than added into automatic button turning machines to carve the shape, engrave logo and drills holes.
The craving process produces many waste materials. We collect these polyester leftovers, crash into a fine powder, mix it into new resin raw material, and put it back into production. Significantly reducing the amount of waste disposal.
